Small Group Opportunities

Christianity is more than a set of beliefs; it is a way of life, a lifestyle that God intends for us to live in the company of others. As soon as the Church began, Acts 2 tells us that they all met together in the Temple courtyard for teaching sessions. But they also met together in small groups in homes for meals and fellowship and prayer and praise.

Consider what the New Testament says about the Christian life. We are to love one another, honor one another, accept one another, greet one another, serve one another, forgive one another, submit to one another, spur one another on to love and good deeds, be devoted to one another, live in harmony with one another, instruct one another, agree with one another, be kind and compassionate to one another, speak to one another, offer hospitality to one another, encourage one another.

All of those speak of having relationships with one another!

Small groups at Valley Assembly are our primary way of encouraging and developing relationships within this family. Our desire is that everyone who is a part of this Church Family would find their way into a small group of some sort. We have groups meeting almost every day of the week, and even at various times of the day. When someone runs into a crisis in their life and need others to be there to walk through that time with them, the question is: What small group are you a part of? Those are the people who will know you and will pray for and with you and help to meet your practical needs.

Below is a list of opportunities we provide throughout the Spokane Valley for you to be a part of. Many of these groups meet here at the church while others meet in homes. A map of each location will be linked to the address whenever possible.
